The team at Kokra hotel, have extensive experience in organizing and executing various business events, conferences, symposiums, seminars and workshops. We will gladly help and advise you to ensure the successful organisation of your event.

The Kokra hotel offers 6 conference rooms located on the ground and first floor, which are available for various business events.

 

 

The Margareta conference room

 The U-shape  60 guests
 The classroom  120 guests
 Theatre  140 guests

The Viktorija conference room

 The U-shape  30 guests
 The classroom  30 guests
 Theatre  48 guests

Both rooms can be connected to form an enlarged Margareta conference hall, with the noted maximum capacity:

 Theatre  200 guests

The hotel additionally offers two modest conference rooms on the first floor - the Aurora and the Elizabeta, which can accommodate up to 12 people in the I-shape. These two rooms may be used as office space, from where the organisation of your event can be conducted. The rooms can be equipped with computers, telephones and a fax machine upon request.
All conference rooms on the first floor  have air-conditioning and thus provide a pleasant working environment, even in summer.

The maximum capacities of the two lecture rooms situated on the ground floor, the Serafina and Katarina, are as follows.

The individual seating arrangements of the conference room can be adjusted in accordance with the client's wishes and manner of work.

The Kokra hotel also offers a drawing room, located on the ground floos, neighbouring the Serafina and Katarina conference rooms. Our guests appreciate the option to use the drawing room to carry out discussions in confidence and in a discrete atmosphere.

All our conference rooms have state of the art technical equipment such as projectors, boards ... 

During the organisation of a seminar, congress or any other business or protocol event we can arrange the transportation of the participants as well as the organization of excursions, entertainment and actualizing the special wishes of the guests.

Furthermore, our staff can arrange business gifts, nametags ... We will execute your event on a high level and the participants will remeber fondly.

A wireless internet connection through NeoWlan (http://www.neowlan.net) is available throughout all the conference rooms and the lobby. The cards may be purchased in the hotel reception.
